Arx Capital Group was established in 2007 by its founding principal and president, ss. Over the past decade, Mr. has amassed a well-rounded resume of education and experience in business management and real estate. He has also established a strong network of contacts in the industry and ties to the Southern California community. He manages the day-to-day operations of the firm as well as overseeing all fundraising efforts and approving all final investment decisions.
Prior to establishing Arx Capital Group, Mr. was involved with acquisitions and investments at a privately held real estate investment firm based in Beverly Hills, one of the leading real estate investment companies in Southern California. He has extensive experience sourcing, underwriting and investing in commercial properties, most notably multi-family, retail and office assets. During his time at the firm, Mr. ’s focus was centered on real estate finance, valuation and feasibility analyses. He oversaw several teams responsible for the underwriting, acquisition, asset management and ultimate disposition of commercial properties. During his tenure there, he closed over $400M in real estate acquisitions. These investments ranged across an array of commercial property classes that included value-added/repositioning assets, stabilized assets, NNN assets, and TIC specific sponsored properties. The geographic markets targeted were major metropolitan cities across the United States. While at this firm, he was an integral contributor to the ground-up establishment of the firm’s sister company, an in-house TIC program that has become a major TIC Sponsor in the industry. He has developed expertise in performing financial and real estate analysis on all types of income properties and debt structures, enabling him to advise co-investors or clients seeking equity capital or debt for acquisition, repositioning, and refinancing.
Mr. received his BBA in Real Estate & Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison’s prestigious undergraduate business program. He also received his JD from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and his MBA from Loyola University Chicago Graduate School of Business. Mr. is a licensed attorney in the State of Illinois and a licensed real estate broker in the State of California.
